Pricing questions.
What is the difference between the build fee and the monthly fee?
The build fee is a one-off payment for designing and building your website. The monthly fee covers ongoing support, maintenance, hosting management, and any small updates you need. You own the website — the monthly fee just keeps it running well.
Is there a minimum contract term?
No. The monthly support is rolling — cancel any time with 30 days notice. We do not believe in locking people in.
What if I want something in between two packages?
We can always discuss a custom quote. Get in touch and tell us what you need — we will put together something that fits.
Does the monthly fee include SEO?
The Standard and Premium monthly fees include ongoing support and updates. Dedicated monthly SEO work (content, link-building, reporting) is included in the Standard and Premium packages. If you are on Starter and want to add SEO later, we can discuss an add-on.
What happens if I need something not listed?
Just ask. We are flexible and happy to scope out additional work. You will always get a clear quote before we start anything extra.
